Sandy was always on time for appointments listened to my questions and answered them honestly. She was very organized so the procedures to get the house on the market ran smoothly, organizing the building inspection and photographers. Sandy also advised me how to present the home to achieve the best price possible. Friendly with a good nature and was spot on as to what the home would sell for. Sandy kept me informed and at all times was very professional. I was extremely happy.
