I have known about Con for a fair while now as i had lived in the area for about 20 years, but until recent i had never purchased or sold property through him. But i have recently purchased a house Con had for sale, now i was a bit of a difficult client with one thing or another, but right from the start i was made to feel relaxed and told we can work through any problems, i felt like he worked for myself and also the seller to find a happy ground that we were happy with, never once did i feel like he was only ever working for the sellers best interests (and yes i know this is a balancing act for any agent) . Mark is a good sales man we both got a bit frustrated at times,it wasn't a good time to sell a house the day it went onto the market Kelmscott was like a ghost town. We had limited time because of my wife's Health, he said we will sell it and he did, we did loss money like a lot of people but we did get enough to do what we wanted to do. In February when we made the initial offer on our house in Mount Nasura we found Travis easy to work with and quite flexible. We knew that the home was in the midst of a legal battle and so decided to offer a longer settlement time instead of the highest price to win the property. It worked, and I think Travis caring about what's best for everyone rather than lining his own pockets helped with that. The legal battle then took on a new life and our 3 month settlement turned into a 6 months. Regardless Travis didn't shy away and kept us in the loop with what was going on. I know he did his best for all parties to get a fair deal and he was honest and realistic with us the whole way through. I would recommend Travis to anyone looking to buy or sell because of the honest and caring way he approaches his work.

From the first home open, until settlement, Rob was fantastic and professional throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable of the area and happy to share this knowledge. He was awesome to deal with, not pushy and nothing but accomodating for us. There was significant delays with finance due to COVID and Rob helped make this less stressful for us whenever possible.
