I had absolutely no idea what was involved to sell a house and it wasn’t until he’d sold a unit in the same complex, that I came across his name. Following an initial phonecall where I had lots of curious questions, he made me feel super comfortable, was honest and upfront with no pressure what so ever, which put my mind at ease from the out set. 3 months later whilst in covid isolation, another phonecall to Mark was made and he gave us a glimmer of hope, in such unsettling market conditions. My Wife and I have used Mark for the sale of two homes over the past 12 months and have found his excellent knowledge and awareness of the local area has a great advantage in selling or purchasing a home.
