Con was was fantastic. I emailed him my preferences for what i was looking for in a house and he emailed a number of properties to go look at. Once I looked at 9 Timbarra street I knew that was the house I wanted to purchase and once I told Com that, he was nothing short of helpful with everything that needed to be done. He ran through all the paperwork with me and my father and explained everything in detail and made sure that i was 100% certain with my choice before even offering me the pen to sign with. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and recommended pest inspections and building inspections, who when booked, were prompt and swift with their inspections, so that was a big help as well. He was always there to answer the phone, text or email whenever I had any questions or queries and was very professional all through the process. We were on the market for a long time and came across Mark many times. He was always patient with his home opens and really let people take their time. He's great to talk to and really knows the areas and takes the time to get to know you as a person. Mark regularly got in contact with us for new home opens and when we started to get impatient with our search, really went above and beyond to help us find a house. Our new home wasn't even on the market officially before he got us in to have a look, giving us a really rare opportunity to get our foot in the door first.
