I've known Con for many years, having made his acquaintance through my eldest son. With real estate agents their job is to sell so they are essentially working for the vendor. Of course a sale requires a buyer and when things are tight that's where a good agent stands out, assisting the vendor in presentation and pricing to attract the right buyer for the best possible outcome in a timely manner. I used Cons services in the purchase of a residential property several years ago and in the sale of that property when it was no longer required by our family. His professionalism and service on both occasions was first rate. I always reckon the most important aspect of any business deal is relationship and therefore should I look at purchasing in the southern metro areas again I will be calling Con first. I can recommend his services to both vendors and prospective purchasers looking for assistance in navigating the property market.

I had the enviable task of selling my mums Tudor home in Mount Nasura and it was always going to be a challenge given my elderly mum had lived in the home for 26 years. Mark was one of three agents that we selected and then asked to provide an assessment of the property. Mark was ultimately selected for a number of reasons. We had heard good things about Mark in the local community. He was extremely well presented and also explained the benefits of having a personal assistant to help achieve the best outcome for us as the vendor. It was his appraisal that made me believe that he was offering the most realistic outcome for this challenging property. My instinct turned out to be spot on and Mark was everything that I had hoped for in a real estate agent. His communication was first class, and managed to get us multiple offers on mums property. The final offer turned out to be close to our expectation and given the difficult state of the WA property market, we now realize that the price achieved was actually very good. Our dealings with Mark Grogan were a pleasant surprise! We found Mark to be a top bloke throughout our entire selling experience, and beyond! But more importantly, he was a better sales agent! Of all the realestate agents we interviewed we found Mark was the only agent with a PLAN to achieve the best possible price for our house that the market could provide. Not only that, Mark had extensive knowledge of the sales process and took time to explain all of this to us from start to finish. This was something we found other agents didn't bother to explain or just simply glossed over. Mark provided updates to us throughout the sales process and skilfully negotiated a price and terms that we were extremely happy with. Mark followed the process all the way through to settlement and provided communication right way until up to handover.
