I would recommend Con Matthews to anyone who wishes to sell their property and not just those in the Armadale/Kelmscott area. Our experience with Con has been nothing but fantastic from the time he came out to appraise the house until the time it was sold and settled. Con was realistic with his appraisal and his marketing strategy was spot on. His knowledge of the local market and pricing meant that he pitched the asking price just right. How else would we have been presented with an offer for the house $6000 above the asking price at the very first viewing? Although it was Stuart Ostle who managed the home viewing for Con (Con's wife was having a baby so it was a pretty good excuse for him not to be there!), Con kept us well informed every step of the way. Stuart was very professional and personable.
