I worked with Cynthia as the buyer of a property which she then sold 1.5 years later. I approached her for the sale as I found her to be highly professional and an excellent communicator, keeping me updated with each step of the purchase. It was a no-brainer to have her sell the same property. She delivered above and beyond for the sale, with her knowledge base of the market, wealth of experience and professionalism. Cynthia was excellent at taking care of all the formalities with a sale while keeping me updated along the way. Everything was stress-free and easy, which was great as I was interstate. She ensured the property was immaculately displayed for open inspection, communicated with the tenants to ensure that they too were updated at each step, and found a buyer who was interested in the property after just 1 week of open inspections. Thank you Cynthia, for your impeccable work ethic.

Cynthia is unique; totally honest, direct and committed to ensuring the best outcome for you the vendor. Cynthia's appraisal is based on a wealth of experience, excellent market knowledge, and a true understanding of the quality, workmanship, ambiance, environmental surround, and uniqueness that makes your home special. Cynthia's recommendations on styling/staging and marketing have only one goal - to present your home at it's best. Cynthia takes the time to learn as much as is possible about your home, so that she can confidently answer the many questions that potential purchasers have - and if she doesn't know the answer, she will say so, and then immediately phone you to obtain the answer to pass on.  Cynthia implements an intense marketing and open-for-inspection program, arriving well before the start time, and staying until after the last person leaves. Opens are longer than the standard 15 or 30 minutes, and a detailed update is immediately provided. (there is no rushing off to the next open) Cynthia's wealth of experience, means that she can differentiate between "tourists" and buyers (why do most agents brag about Monday calls to everybody who attended the open???). In partnering with Cynthia to sell your property you commit to present you home optimally, and Cynthia commits her time, energy, enthusiasm, professionalism and wealth of experience to ensure that you achieve the sale you both agreed was possible. A true diamond, both as a realtor, and a person. Thank you Cynthia, and especially for finding the perfect new owners!

Cynthia, was very friendly, highly competent, knowledgeable and responsive. Cynthia's professional approach was enhanced by her recommendations for maintenance work to bring the unit up to standard (Brian), carpets and `dressing' the property. The back up administration and systems were of a high standard. The sales campaign was short with an excellent result. Cynthia's overall management of the process was great. We could not be happier.
