We can’t thank Sean enough for his knowledge and professionalism! Sean was honest and transparent from the moment he meet with us to the day we sold our house. Sean was also right on the money in terms of house value. We can’t recommend Sean highly enough. We will definitely use Sean again if we sell in the future.

We can’t thank Sean and his team enough for their guidance and support during the process of selling our house. The first time we met Sean he said that there would be a team of people behind us to ensure the process would be as stress free as possible. He was right, Sean, Simone, Susan and Josh were all there to answer any question quickly, no matter how trivial, explaining and supporting us throughout the process. Sean was the consummate professional, very easy to talk to, honest in his discussions with us and making us feel confident that we would reach a positive outcome. He knew we were nervous and took the extra time to explain everything in detail, keeping us informed each step of the journey. Simone was a ray of sunshine, with her positivity and cheerful demeanour dealing with our ongoing queries and questions before and after signing our contract. We would recommend Sean and his team to anyone buying or selling their home.

I found Nick and his team to be very professional and approachable. Both Nick van Vliet and John Lewis were involved with the sale of our property. It was a team effort to get the sale of the property over the line and we appreciated that greatly. We also appreciated Veronica (Business Manager) coming to our home to discuss the final details of the sale and what to expect on settlement day.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sean Muxlow from Ouwens Casserly Real Estate to sell our house, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, Sean was the epitome of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. Sean's deep knowledge of the market and his strategic approach ensured that our house was not only presented in the best possible light but also reached the right audience quickly. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the process, from the initial consultation to the final closing. One of the most impressive aspects of Sean's service was how swiftly and smoothly the sale was completed. We were amazed at how quickly our house sold, and it's clear that Sean's expertise and proactive approach played a crucial role in this success. He kept us informed and reassured throughout, always available to answer our questions and provide updates. Sean's professionalism was matched by his genuine care for our needs and goals. He took the time to understand what was important to us and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. His friendly and approachable manner made what can be a stressful experience remarkably pleasant.
