We were selling two houses and buying another and Sean and his team helped the process to go through seamlessly. He was able to help us in all aspects and made sure we got the best possible outcome. So glad to have been supported so well on our epic house journey! Highly recommend Sean whether you are buying or selling.

We dealt with Sean both as vendors and purchasers. In both instances Sean was extremely knowledgeable and also approachable. He kept us informed of the process the whole way through and worked to get the best outcome for all involved. Sean worked seamlessly with a team at Ouwen Cassidy that supported us in all aspects of buying and selling. Open communication with all meant the process was transparent and easy to follow. I would highly recommend Sean as an agent to support you in getting the result you want.

It was a pleasure working with Sean. He reached out to us after seeing us at a number of his open homes. He listened to what we were looking for and found us a home that was perfect. We really appreciated the time and care he took with all parts of the process. He was both professional and personal, and we would highly recommend him.

Sean was wonderful to work with on the sale of my mums property. His knowledge of the area was outstanding and spot on. He was honest, reliable and extremely trustworthy. He was extremely successful with the sale and we can’t thank him enough as well as the incredible team behind him in Josh, Simone and Susan who have worked tirelessly also to make the whole process easy and faultless from beginning to end. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly to anyone thinking of selling

I missed the first opening but after a short conversation Sean was more than happy to arrange a privet viewing. With minimal fuss and an open conversation, i offered what i considered the house value. Once the offer was in writing Sean went to work securing the property.

Dave exceeded all expectations in selling my first home. He achieved a great figure in exactly 5 days on market - all despite being outside his usual turf. He knows what he's talking about, has the backing of a fantastic team and gets results! Sadly my circumstances changed & am moving interstate but wouldn't hesitate hiring Dave if ever selling again in Adelaide. Highly recommended, thanks again!
