David is easygoing, professional and did a great job. He is a good communicator, informing us of what was happening every step of the way which was very comforting having never sold a house before. Getting the place ready for sale required quite a bit of time and effort on our part but we never felt rushed. He explained what was required and worked hard on our behalf eventually getting the place sold at a price we were very happy with.
