Sale of our house

Exceptional !!!!
I was introduced to David by my sister who was getting an appraisal on her home at the time. Knowledgeable

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable
Dealing with David was a dream. As a purchaser, it was important to be able to contact him when required, and he was very responsive. I was quite nervous and his calming personality put me at ease. Whilst he is effectively working for his vendor, I felt supported as a purchaser and was treated with the utmost respect and compassion - as purchasing can be nervewracking at times! He was diligent, patient and his support staff were also wonderful to work with. He's the kind of person that is approachable and that treats everyone the same, whether having purchased many properties or their first. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to someone selling, as I know he works hard in negotiating for his vendor, but also understands a purchaser's feelings and requirements.
