Honest and professional
I was sceptical about selling my house through anyone because of the ‘pushy salesperson’ rep. However David was honest and upfront right from our first meeting (hence why I decided to sign with OC). That honesty, frankness and professionalism continued throughout the campaign. He communicated immediately after any action, and he and his team worked their butts off to get me the result I was after. I would and have recommended David to anyone selling their home.

True Professional
After a quick holiday to Hervey Bay, Queensland, we decided to purchase a new home in a Life Style Village, Hervey Bay. On our return to Adelaide I contacted 6 Real-estate agents seeking the one who I thought would get the best result for us. After speaking to Valerie several times on her strategy how she would sell our home as quickly as possible, we signed with Valerie on the Tuesday and she organized a private opening on the following Saturday for several groups which she already had on her books. She sold our home at that the first opening with a 14 day cash settlement and considerably more than our asking price. Valerie and her very competent assistant Jordon made the process of selling our home so very easy for us with a result way above our expectations. Valerie and Jordon have integrity and are both extremely professional in their approach to both the seller and the purchaser. Professional, honest and delivers!
Kat and her team (Nat) sold our family home after 33 years in Hallett Cove in May 2023.
