We are very glad that we connected with David as our agent. We felt at ease from the first moment, and as a result we felt free to ask many questions, and the back and forth over many conversations helped us tremendously. He also made us aware of aspects that we wouldn't have considered, and as it turned out, this benefited us considerably. In summary, an inherently stressful process was made easier and even pleasant at many points, and our increasing confidence in David's ability was proven to be abundantly correct in the end. We would highly recommend connecting with David and his highly professional and affable team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ouwens Casserly, specifically Dave Liston and his amazing team, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. What could have been a really overwhelming and stressful time was made so much easier thanks to Dave and the team’s calm, approachable, and professional manner. From our very first conversation, I felt like I was in good hands. Dave is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly personable, taking the time to really listen to my concerns and walk me through each step. I never felt like I was just another client — it was clear that he truly cared about making the process as smooth as possible for me. Whether it was answering a late-night email or offering reassurance during some of the more stressful moments, Dave and his team were always there. One thing I really appreciated was their incredible communication. I never had to chase them for updates, and they always kept me in the loop, making sure I felt informed and confident in every decision. Their transparency and responsiveness made a world of difference, especially when I was feeling unsure. In short, Dave Liston and his team at Ouwens Casserly went above and beyond. They made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate team that truly cares.

Dale was a dedicated professional when helping us to prepare and sell our mother's house. She guided us through the process of preparing for sale, and her referrals allowed us to present a beautiful home. Once the house was on the market, Dale communicated with us at every stage and followed up with all interested buyers. She ran a very smooth and efficient campaign. She was an excellent auctioneer, enabling us to have a successful sale. I highly recommend Dale's quality of service as both the agent and auctioneer.

Nick and the team were great to work with for the purchase of our new home. He was supportive, transparent, never pushy, and gave us a fair opportunity despite our offer being higher risk, and more complex. He made sure we were well informed throughout, and everything was a seamless process. After sale support was exceptional. We had an issue which Nick went above and beyond to personally rectify, despite no obligation to do so. We are incredibly grateful. I'd buy from Nick again without hesitation.

We spoke to a number of agents before going ahead with Nick and the team. He stood out as the clear choice. He was direct, honest, and presented options and strategies to make the most out of our sale. Our property was unique, which threw off some agents, but Nick was confident and we achieved stellar results. I'd happily recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell, and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Having purchased a home (off market) from Sean and his team, we needed to sell our home quickly. With Sean and Nicole's extensive market knowledge and experience, we were able to achieve this with outstanding results. Sean has formed a very professional, yet approachable team, with Nicole, Simone and Susan all playing key roles in the process. They responded quickly when we had questions, and their follow up on outstanding matters was excellent. We can confidently recommend Team Muxlow and would definitely ask Sean and his team to help us again, with any future property transactions.
