Excellent Agent
We just arrived in Australia. The house was the second house we went to see. We immediately felt comfortable with Alistair. He put us in touch with a finance consultant to help with the loan, arranged the attorneys etc. He made the entire process really easy for us and came to us to have all documents signed. We will always be thankful for how he helped us secure a new home and help us settle in Australia.

Fabulous to deal with

Brilliant agent!
Oliver was the perfect agent from start to end. We didn't sign with him until about six months after our first appraisal and through that time he never rushed or pushed us, offered advice when asked and respected our pace. Once signed, we worked through an action plan together and set dates in motion. I particularly didn't realise how emotional and anxious I would get once it was on the market and Ollie was extremely supportive through this and we always felt secure with him in charge. We achieved our dream at auction and we guarantee that this wouldn't have happened without Ollie's guidance for the past six plus months and his well planned sale campaign. To further prove his genuinity, he would offer support and advice when we were house hunting! We feel like we started with an agent and finished with a friend. Great Result
My husband and I were extremely happy with the sales campaign which Ollie put together for us, which ultimately lead to the sale of our house within 2 weeks of the 1st open inspection. Ollie showed confidence and knowledge of properties previously sold in our area, so his indication of property worth was right on target. He guided us with preparing our house for sale and has the support of a strong team, so collectively they all worked together to deliver us a great result. Quick sale
We sold our townhouse in Brompton through Ouwens Casserly. We found the team to be professional and responded quickly to our needs to get the property on the market. It was only 4 days from our first contact to have the house photographed, advertised and signposted ready to sell. The opens were planned to suit our tenant and we are able to get an offer and sell after only 3 opens. Overall we were very pleased with their service.

Fantastic to Deal with and Great Result
