We had an excellent experience with Mark Bressington and his assistance Michael Balawejder. Mark came recommended from my business partner and I had seen his name around the place a bit. I liked him as soon as I met him because he was down to earth, professional and was true to his "down the line" reputation. I found his pre-sale advice to be clear and simple. We had a very difficult time frame to achieve a result as we'd purchased our new home at auction (unconditional) with a 45 day settlement. Mark nailed it. Not only did Mark get a contract and settlement date that meant we met our contractual needs, he also achieved a price higher than was advertised on-line, and higher than what wed expected - we were blown away. We found his assistant (Michael) also to be excellent. He was very good at keeping us informed and equally very professional. As a team they were brilliant and complimented each other so well. Without question, we will use Mark again in future, and will have no hesitation recommending him to all of our friends and family when they're looking for an agent.
