Dale , not only understands the real estate industry in the Adelaide metro and hills , she understands the emotion and needs of her clients , after using two other reputable companies in the Adelaide hills we turned to Dale to sell our house, we re paid for new marketing which isn't a cheap exercise in its elf as we had become disfranchised from the agent we were using they just did not ring our Belle anymore the high pressure sell and upsell Dale entered the arena and calm and professionalism came with her together with a strategy and constructive plan working with Dale is easy,she is very motivated to sell and is punctual negotiates with the vendor in mind . Dale and Mahala
Dale was amazing and supportive throughout the whole process. I would totally recommend her because I felt she was very professional with great knowledge and she always had by back. She saved me a lot of money in the final settlement by thinking outside the square and coming up with a solution that meant she had to go out of her way, but it got the job done. Mahala came on board late in the process and was caring and professional as well. I was not the easiest of clients because I had an inflated idea of what my property was worth, but Dale was patient and supportive and I owe her huge thanks for keeping me sane through the whole process.

Throughout the entire process you kept us informed even if there was nothing to report, you always called or emailed or text to say "I haven't forgot about you, will have something for you soon" it was a horrendously stressful time for us but Dale had our backs the entire time.
