As an example, I made and impromptu decision to call her and sell a property recently. Dianne actioned not only the basic needs to sell yet personally arranged every aspect of pre sale preparation, presentation, even gardening, detailing etc in my absence....all above and beyond her core business and above and beyond even my highest expectations. Within approx. 5 weeks and my absence, she had the home extremely presentable, marketed and sold for an excellent value.
