We were very happy with having Rod as our agent to sell our home of 18 years. Rod was so enthusiastic about our home when we first met him and that made it easy to choose him to sell it. He was absolutely professional in every aspect and had a great knowledge of the market. Rod listened to what price we needed to achieve and he set the price for offers above that and he gave us confidence that we would achieve it even in the declining market at the time. We were thrilled to get offers before the first home open! Nothing was too hard for him even when it meant coming back at 11.00 one night so we could sign an offer. He was very helpful with ideas about presenting the house too He kept in touch with us regularly and any questions we had were responded to quickly.
