Diane was a fantastic rep, not only did she sell my old home,but she found me a new home, the one I am in now...which by the way we love.. Diane got me my new home at a fabulous price,and her back up with us was just great. No matter what questions I had through our selling and buying, Diane had the answer for me every time... Nothing was too much trouble day or night. Selling and buying is such a stressful time in ones life....it is just so helpful, to have a rep like Diane...it was never as bad as I thought...because of her. Having seen the many Peard billboards featuring her name and with feedback from our neighbour, who were in the process of selling through Tash, we decided to use her as well to sell our house. We have not been disappointed with this decision as we were able to accept an offer within 3 weeks, that while not our optimal figure, was reasonable given the age and configuration of the house, which is testament to Tash's professional skills and knowledge of this area.
