We had a fantastic experience with Namita. From her recommendation to stage the house to the showing of it - she sold the house the first weekend it was open, presenting us with two very attractive offers. We had tried to sell our house through another agent, who billed us for $3000 of marketing fees, and only got offers way below what we were prepared to accept. Namita’s marketing fee was less than $700, and she got us our final offer, Nearly $30k more than the first agent, which more than covered the agent commissions and staging fees. Over and above the selling price, Namita was thoroughly professional, was consistent in her recommendations and is absolutely the best agent for Duncraig.
