Namita assisted in selling my elderly mothers house in Duncraig. She developed a wonderful relationship with Mum who had never had to sell a house on her own before and her style quickly eased any concerns or anxiety Mum had about the process. The house was sold for an above market price due to Namita's negotiation skills and her ability to work with people. If you have an elderley family member selling a house or a house in general do not go past Namita.

I first met Namita when I was looking for a home and found her to be pleasant, informative and attentive whilst not pushy. Namita Mehra demonstrated to us all the qualities we expected from a real estate representative. Namit maintained constant contact with us at all times, keeping us fully informed of market conditions & potential buyers. She was proactive in acquiring interested parties & updating us when appropriate. Namita made sure that we felt supported and happy in relation to all aspects of the sale of our home. We felt that Nimita was very genuine in all her dealings with us & our reason for selling (to buy another property) was at the forefront of her mind at all times. Namita was very happy to show us her proven track record of successful sales & also give us testimonials from her most recent 15 - 20 clients, not just the properties she sold. Our home was sold without being listed, to the first client Namita showed it to, for the exact price we asked .
