From first to last Namita was on the ball, giving and explaining good advice and being ahead of the game all the way so that there were no big surprises. As well as handling the core business of selling the house, she was a mine of information on every other peripheral aspect, from the best way to dispose of unwanted furniture to the contact numbers of good carpenters, electricians etc. As a non resident of Australia selling a house on behalf of a resident who no longer had the capacity to do so, I found her help and expertise invaluable. Even when I left Australia, Namita continued with the selling process, including scanning and emailing documents to me in the U.K. for signature etc., so that all deadlines were met and everything was achieved in the smoothest manner. Job well done!.

Namita assisted in selling my elderly mothers house in Duncraig. She developed a wonderful relationship with Mum who had never had to sell a house on her own before and her style quickly eased any concerns or anxiety Mum had about the process. The house was sold for an above market price due to Namita's negotiation skills and her ability to work with people. If you have an elderley family member selling a house or a house in general do not go past Namita.
