In a hot market, houses go like hot cakes and that's what happened twice, unfortunately, 2 offers fell over. Shane showed professionalism and continued undeterred still getting a price that we were happy with just a few weeks after. A house that he had to work hard to sell and thankfully he did (3 times). Highly recommended.
