We chose Rodney Vines as our agent as we had experienced contact with him for a couple of years so in all fairness he deserved the sale.We perhaps we’re disillusioned from discussions on signing and perhaps realistically ending with the true value.We we’re very proud of our house and this was substantiated via Rodney after viewings,perhaps the most disappointing comments were the negative ones came from the fact a majority of people saying they loved the property but not the area.This came as a surprise to even others in our area as we found it to be enjoyable living there and only for personal reasons chose to move, so hence perhaps the reason we were encouraged to accept the final offer after only 2 weeks on the market .

Shane was very thorough in explaining the process of selling my property. Once I decided to put my house on the market there was alot of activity. On the first open for Inspection I had about 25 different groups come through on a Saturday and had an offer on the Monday.
