We had 5 members of staff dealing with us and on occasions there was a little double up or mix up of communications. To some extent this was brought on by the fact that we purchased and sold with Percival. Now that said, we were really impressed with Michelle and the teams work ethic and commitment to get the best result for the customer. There is a real sense of team work in Percival's with a sole desire to get the best outcome for you. If you want an a very positive experience with an agent at the top of their game then chose Percival.
