Since 2001 Deb and I have now used the services of the Percival's to first buy a property, then manage a property and now to sell our family home of 23 years. Thoroughly proffessional, our house sale ran like clockwork. The option of letting the market decide the value via offers prior to auction saw us, with Michelle's help achieve a price well over various valuations of the property. We would highly recommend Percival Property to anyone! Mark and Deb STRACHAN

I drove up from Sydney to look at prospective purchases i had viewed online. By mid morning Michelle showed me through exactly what i was looking for. After an easy negotiation, i had secured my dream investment property by mid afternoon. Michelle was instrumental in the entire process. Very professional in all aspects.

I have know Michelle for 17 years, having purchased my first home from her back in 1998. Michelle's work ethic and knowledge of the local market is very good and I do believe she communicates realistic expectations to both the Purchasers and Vendors of houses and this always helps to ensure a fair and smooth process between the parties. She is easily contactable and keeps you informed throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending her as an Agent of the highest calibre.
