I have recently sold with Michelle at Percival Property and have previously dealt with Michelle both buying and selling 4 of my properties and have always found her to be thoroughly honest, transparent and professional in all her management of these. Michelle goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are well informed about the market, the feedback she receives and advice, Michelle is always available and a lovely person to deal with, I can absolutely recommend her to anyone wishing to sell or purchase property as I know no other agent can compare to the personalised service Michelle and her team provide.

Michelle's keen eye for detail and well presented marketing plan were the main reasons I asked Percival Property to manage the sale of my property. Michelle's always friendly and professional style, together with her sound advice on real estate matters in my local area, confirmed my choice as being the best for me. I am extremely happy with the outcome and am pleased to add my voice to the large group of Michelle Percival's satisfied clients. My thanks to Michelle and her team.

As a business owner myself, I enjoy working with others who are motivated, passionate about what they do, and have the skills to make their job look easy. Working with Michelle Percival and her team is a whole other level though! Every single staff member does a brilliant job. Everyone loves what they do and the team works cohesively. There are systems in place for every last thing - these guys have been in the game for so long they know exactly how to successfully sell houses and ensure satisfied clients. Michelle work tirelessly. She has a ferocious desire to cross the "T's" and dot the "I's" ... you feel at every step of the process she is giving everything she has, to ensure the experience is faultless. She knows the market so well, she is a brilliant negotiator and an exceptional business woman. Just a truly positive experience ... and a brilliant result too!
