I wish to show my appreciation to Michelle Percival and her assistant Ally for the time and effort she placed in selling my home. I was extremely pleased with the high standard of their work and found them to be extremely reliable, prompt and I was particularly impressed with their honesty and integrity. I was also impressed with the professional and efficient manner in which Michelle and Ally conducted themselves. They both kept me updated with all aspects in regard to the sale of my home very promptly and for this I will be forever grateful. Thank you Percival Real Estate very much. When we invited Michelle to advise on selling our property we were immediately impressed with her enthusiasm, knowledge and advice on marketing strategy for selling our home. Most importantly she gave us confidence in the process she follows and the outcomes we should expect. Her team of photographers, administration and marketing people were absolutely first class. We were impressed! The outcome was terrific as we sold after the first open house which is testament to Michelle's negotiating ability and sincerity when dealing with potential buyers. We would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and Percival Real Estate to any potential clients. cheers, Michael and Sandra Halpin

We were absolutely overwhelmed by her gracious enthusiasm of the properties we viewed and that's why we bought the property from Michelle of Percival Real Estate. She shone above the rest of the properties we viewed from many other agents.

We were fortunate to have Michelle Percival and her team sell our mother’s property. My mother purchased the villa from Michelle when it was new and had developed a great rapport with her at the time. As my mother’s needs have changed it was with great regret that it was time to sell. The process was very professionally and expediently handled which reduced the stress of the move.

Michelle is an agent that goes above and beyond, her communication during the selling process was excellent. The standard of the promotional material, video, drone footage and interior walk through were all to a very high standard which we believe assisted both us and the ‘out of town’ buyer as the remote buyer could see high quality images of every aspect of our property. Many thanks to Michelle, Ally and team for a job well done.
