Michelle & the Team were simply brilliant. The time getting our property onto the market was amazing, within 7 days, up & running on the internet with open house for the next 3 x Saturdays. There availability to show people through at anytime through the week was impressive. The material used to market our place was incredible, everything for the interested buyer at their hands, the photography and drone usage "was out of the park"....just excellent.

We had a very easy and successful experience when purchasing our property. Michelle made herself available any time and helped expedite the entire process. Both Di and Michelle were very friendly and great to deal with.

Michelle managed the sale of my parents in law's home in Port Macquarie. I was closely involved in the process throughout and found her to be thorough, helpful, competent, and an effective communicator. The quality and scope of the support services offered by her team were also excellent. Michelle's knowledge of the Port Macquarie residential property market, marketing within that market, and the related services within the town was most impressive, as was her willingness to 'go the extra yard' for us. As a result we ended up with a timely sale at a good price relative to the current market.

If you are looking for an advocate to sell your property in the Port Macquarie region that will look after you and your well being during the sale process then look no further, Michelle Percival is the person you are looking for! Michelle and her team members like Ali looked after my 86 year old mother during the sale of her house and were extremely considerate of her that often went well beyond what would be expected. Michelle and Ali would take the time to look in on Mum to see what they could do to make things easier. That is a caring attitude that I greatly appreciate; thank you. So, If you are after a leader and a team that are passionate about service, care for you and put you first in the sale of your home or property then call Michelle. I know this sounds too good to be true but the proof is in the pudding so call Michelle and see whether I have gone over board or not!

We interviewed 3 agents. Michelle Percival of PERCIVAL PROPERTY was the one that had a thorough sale plan, plus she stayed and discussed it with us in detail. The amount of time taken to do this was never an issue. She is a very personable soul, needed when engaging with both client and seller. Would you believe we sold before it was advertised, with 2 parties making a good offer? PERCIVAL PROPERTY conducted the ongoing advertising photography (both video and 3D), the familiarising of her team of agents with viewings, sign erections etc like a well oiled machine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Our experience with Greg Ward and Michelle Percival has been absolutely amazing. Their very obvious knowledge of up and coming sales techniques make them the leaders in the business. We felt like we were the focus of their attention and their suggestions on an auction campaign was absolutely worth it. Our friendship and the trust we have with you Greg and the bonus of having the backing of an agency who goes over and above our expectations made what could have been a very stressful experience a pleasure! Thank you Greg! Bernie and Michelle

Both Jenny and Michelle were totally professional in our dealings. They were non confrontational and very pleasant and helpful. They are experienced and skillful sales people and whilst honest and straightforward they clearly act in the best interests of the vendor which is what we wanted from our selling agent. Trust these guys. they are real estate people with integrity.... priceless!

Michelle is an absolute pleasure to deal with, the way that she communicated with my wife and I was second to none, she even made my kids feel welcome during the open home. Michelle communicated effectively throughout our purchase and really understood our needs as a young family. When purchasing or selling in the future there will not be a choice of which agent we use, Michelle will definitely have our business in the future.

Michelle and her team were wonderful from the outset and very attentive to my questions and requirements. The advertising approach encompassed not only traditional techniques but had a great innovative social media approach, from the drone video footage through to the 3D walk through map. Highly recommend the team at Percival's

Michelle was very helpful thorough the whole process of sale. She was the only agent who had our interests in mind, rather than just getting a quick sale. Her advice from styling, to market conditions, to selling was all from a high level of experience, and much appreciated from us. We would certainly sell and buy through Michelle and Percivals again.
