Working in the property industry, I've been made aware of good sales agents and of their reputations, which is why we selected Percival Property Sales and particularly Michelle Percival to sell our home. Michelle, once again, demonstrated why she is a leading Sales Agent in Port Macquarie. Her meticulous professionalism, perception of the market and outstanding sales persona resulted in an astounding quick sale of our property. Thank you Michelle for all your hard work, we truly appreciate it!!!

Michelle worked hard to secure the best price in a dynamic market. She went over and above what many agents in Port Macquarie consider to be 'service'. After selling two properties on our behalf I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Michelle if we were to sell a third.

Extremely happy with Michelle who made us feel we were partners in the process. Michelle got the timing and the pricing spot on and a brilliant outcome with a sale in twenty four hours. Michelle is supported by a great team which achieved an out standing presentation of the property. We would like to thank all that were involved.

Michelle Percival understood exactly what my requirements were, showing me the property that i felt excited about as i walked inside, it was me. Michelle wasted no time in negotiating with the owners as i was in town for a few days. That night i had my answer, my offer was accepted by the owners and a quick settlement was arranged. Thanks to Michelle's attention to my needs and very successful, speedy arrangements, left me very grateful to her and feeling over the moon as i travelled back to sydney, thinking how lucky i was to have this beautiful home now waiting for me. I would certainly recommend to others to contact Michelle Percival when looking for a property in Port Macquarie. Tammy Andrews

Michelle Percival was most helpful in advising me of what was required in marketing my home. Giving her appraisal & explaining what her team would do in presenting the property for sale. Advising me what costs & procedures were involved in selling house & purchasing another. Michelle & her team delivered on time every time with appointments. After all inspections I was promptly advised. Michelle always presented with a glass full attitude. I have no hesitation in recommending PERCIVAL Property.

We found Percival Property to be a first class real estate agency, staffed with happy and competent people, very professional. Michelle inspires her team with enthusiasm in getting to know her clients , doing thorough research before the action begins, going the extra mile during the selling process, and at the close of business tries to make sure her clients are left feeling that they have been well looked after. Michelle does what she says she will - and we could not have expected more. Thank you Michelle.

We would highly recommend Michelle Percival of Percival Property. She has recently sold our home within a matter of days of it listing. Her very professional approach as well as her personal touch made this a very satisfying experience and we thank her again very much for all she did to achieve such a successful outcome for us as the vendor and I am sure for the buyer as well. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle (and her team at Percival Property) including working after hours and on a public holiday to enable a positive result.

We have a long real estate relationship with Michelle and also with Jenny, and could not speak more highly of their professional and high quality service. Both as buyer and seller, they are a pleasure to deal with. The whole agency is of the highest standard, and all of the staff contribute to this quality.
