Brett's knowledge of the market, based on his many years of experience, was outstanding, as was his professionalism. His estimate of what my home might sell for in a difficult market (and how I could optimize that price) was realistic and very helpful. His advice, in terms of how I could prepare my home for sale, was incredibly helpful. He provided contact information for a gardener, window cleaner, house cleaner, house stylist and handyman, all of whom provided fair quotes and did an excellent job. Brett was always available at the other end of the phone whenever I needed to speak to him, as were his excellent staff. In conclusion (and as someone who has previously never been inclined to provide reviews) I could not recommend Brett Hayman more highly.
