Glen recently sold a house for us in Duffy. His knowledge of the property market is excellent. He spent quite some time with us explaining the process involved in selling and how to prepare the property for inspection. He also suggested a good month of the year to advertise the property. We were always informed of the open days, how many people inspected the property and how many, if any, requested a copy of the contract. Glen is a very professional selling agent. Tyran was chosen to be the sale agent for two of our properties. I have had previous experiences with agents in the past but nothing like with Tyran.
