We first saw the property on-line and contacted Brett to arrange a virtual tour. Despite being a Public Holiday, Brett made himself available to view the property for over an hour. Whilst being extremely professional, he was also very personable and easy to chat with. He clearly has an excellent knowledge of the area and the market, and made himself available during the whole Sale process to chat with if required. I would highly recommend working with Brett for a sale or a purchase, as you would no doubt find the experience stress free.

I selected 3 estate agents to provide a quote on my property. Brett Hayman arrived having already carried out considerable research on my property and the market in my suburb. He provided a very professionally prepared file containing a booklet on selling your home, an extensive property report on my home, history of recent sales in our suburb, examples of brochures for other homes sold in our suburb and various other useful bits off information. Having surveyed our house we had an informative discussion. I was so impressed that I invited him back a second time to discuss in further detail how we could engage him as our agent. We had only just started the marketing process when Coronavirus changed the rules. Brett adapted quickly and remained calm and collective, guiding us through and supporting us throughout. I can only describe Brett, Martin and Emily and utterly professional. I have moved homes over 25 times in my married life and can very strongly recommend Hayman Partners. Why settle for second best!
