This is the second time Shane Killalea has handled selling a house for us. We found Shane to be very honest in his estimate and he gave us plenty of information backed up by evidence of how the market was doing in our area. My mother had moved to a nursing home and we needed the property sold ASAP. After every open house Shane rang and gave us feedback on the viewing and what interest was shown in the property.
