He provided a very professionally prepared file containing a booklet on selling your home, an extensive property report on my home, history of recent sales in our suburb, examples of brochures for other homes sold in our suburb and various other useful bits off information. Having surveyed our house we had an informative discussion. I was so impressed that I invited him back a second time to discuss in further detail how we could engage him as our agent. We had only just started the marketing process when Coronavirus changed the rules. Brett adapted quickly and remained calm and collective, guiding us through and supporting us throughout. I can only describe Brett, Martin and Emily and utterly professional. I have moved homes over 25 times in my married life and can very strongly recommend Hayman Partners. Why settle for second best!

Their working style to us was realistic, easy to approach, and never pushy. They were very helpful with our questions and requests. The purchase of the property went very smoothly. No doubt we could see the Hayman team used their expertise to protect both the buyer's and the seller's interest. As buyers you don't get to pick the agent you buy from, however the team did such a great job that we chose to sell our existing home with Hayman Partners as well.
