We found our experience with Brett was excellent and found high level traits in terms of reliability, continuity and consistency. Nothing was ever too hard and if he said he was going to do something it was done and done to a high standard. He clearly had a thorough knowledge of the current market and ensured through honest conversation that our expectations reflected reality so there was no unexpected surprises on the auction day. Although the auction did not go our way, which was again no surprise due to the thorough pre brief before the auction, Brett and his team worked very hard for the rest of the day to obtain deal that was acceptable to both parties, which indicates a fair price and again consistent with the briefings provided by Brett. I would have no hesitation recommending Brett and his team to anyone. Very professional, caring and genuinely become invested in the relationship with the vendor.

Brett and the team at Hayman Partners were always available, kept us up to speed, answered the stupid questions and never seemed 'too busy'. Our marketing, pricing, and communication expectations were exceeded in all respects. Brett was recommended by a friend who was unable to use his services through no fault of his own, Brett was the agent 'he would have chosen if he could' - and so we contacted him to see. Despite 3 hrs notice he arrived ready with market research, an amazing energy and a confidence that we couldn't deny. Brett is probably one of the most professional & likeable people I have met in Canberra & the Same can be said for the whole team. Brett had a calm personality that made a difficult situation seem very easy. He handled everything well and took all pressure off us. All we had to do was present our house well and he took care of everything else. We particularly liked that there were two of them there at the open houses, compared to other agents who had to manage on their own. We always received a prompt call after each open house to inform us of numbers through, comments and interest. This was followed up by another call on Monday after he had called back interested parties. The photographer he used was excellent and we received many comments from friends about the high quality presentation of our house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others (and I have already).
