Having to engage an agent for the purpose of selling a property due to an irreconcilable relationship is not an ideal task. It is not ideal for the aggrieved party of the relationship, and certainly not ideal for the agent who is required to liaise with the sellers who are no longer able to communicate with each other! A Good idea – however, I think that I am not the person to be able to make many comments regarding Brett – even though I appreciate his expertise and able assistance provided us in the placement of our house on the market, and for its eventual sale. I say this because I worked with Shane far more than Brett, and therefore I believe that I have not been “close” enough to Brett to give him an honest rating.
