We had previously used Brett and his team so it was an easy decision which agency to use. The whole experience from start to finish was hassle free and professional. Communication was particularly good - Brett would call after every open home, but also provide regular phone and email updates during the week. Brett recently sold our house at Carwoola - we had sold other properties through Brett so it was an easy decision which agent to use. For all of the properties we have sold Brett has been pretty well spot-on with the price range of what we could expect to get, without pressuring us to accept anything less than what we were after. His market knowledge is excellent, but the thing which sets him apart from other agents is that he is also a very decent and friendly person, and quickly establishes rapport with everyone who walks through the door. This was an important factor for us as we had previously been turned off buying houses by highly annoying or dismissive agents. We would highly recommend Brett and his team to anyone selling or buying in Canberra.

From the first meeting with Brett I found him to be very approachable and very knowledgable about the real estate industry at the present time. He was completely honest with me at all times which I found to be very admirable and didn't leave me with any false pretences or expectations. He carried out all duties required by an agent with diligence and enthusiasm and constantly kept me informed of where we were at regarding the sale. He seemed to gain a trust and respect from all who attended the open house displays and was more than happy to conduct any additional displays requested by potential buyers. Prior to the auction he called a meeting to explain how an auction works and advise me of the procedures which occur at an auction and what has to be done by me after the auction which I found most informative. During the actual auction Brett worked tirelessly and did all that he could to get the best possible price for my property. I believe I chose the right real estate agent to sell my house. I don't believe anyone else could have done any better. At every meeting and open house he was presentably dressed and conducted himself in a very professional way but at the same time able to make all who attended feel very relaxed and not pressured in any way which I found very satisfactory. Should I ever need the services of a real estate agent again I would not hesitate to contact Brett to act on my behalf and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, diligent, admirable, hard working and very professional agent.

We engaged Shane Killalea to manage all the arrangements for the sale of our property – he was very professional in all phases of the sale particularly in the presentation advice and help and later in the marketing and successful selling of our house. His advice and skill regarding all steps in the pre-sale preparation including the photography and production of the sale brochure and signage showed his ability to show the house in its best light. Also his ability to speak with potential buyers highlighting the advantages of the house and the area was clearly evident in that the house sold within six days of it being on the market. The final result was very pleasing to us and met our expectations; and we have Shane to thank for his professionalism, knowledge of the market and of our area - this was the catalyst behind the early success in the sale of our house.
