I was not disappointed this time either, both Brett and Martin were personable and respectful to me as a seller and the buyers. Their approach was genuine and helpful and I absolutely recommend Team Hayman, a delight to deal with at a stressful time.

We engaged Shane Killalea to manage all the arrangements for the sale of our property – he was very professional in all phases of the sale particularly in the presentation advice and help and later in the marketing and successful selling of our house. His advice and skill regarding all steps in the pre-sale preparation including the photography and production of the sale brochure and signage showed his ability to show the house in its best light. Also his ability to speak with potential buyers highlighting the advantages of the house and the area was clearly evident in that the house sold within six days of it being on the market. The final result was very pleasing to us and met our expectations; and we have Shane to thank for his professionalism, knowledge of the market and of our area - this was the catalyst behind the early success in the sale of our house. We are very grateful that we engaged Shane to manage the sale because his skills and professionalism are exceptional.

Dealt with Martin for the purchase of a property in Pearce. He went above and beyond to help - always spoke to me when I called or called back in a timely fashion. Brett is very experienced in his job and it shows in the way he comes across . He has a lovely manner and is always smiling which is great . He always returns calls and is very patient . I was very happy with the sale of my house with Brett and he did it very professionally . Martin also was very good . Bretts communication and negotiation through out the whole auction process and before the auction his information about the property and area was a real selling point for us on our house. When we had initial talks with Brett about the property he filled us in on all that we should know and provided all the details promptly to us so we could make our decision. The property went for the price Brett was saying all along and we are very happy with the way he handled the sale.
