In March this year my wife Catherine and myself requested that Evan Riseley and Caitlan Foster sell our old house at 21 Bay Rd New Town and ultimately source our new home at 20 Cedar Street Lindisfarne . This was a simple downsize . However right from the start Evan and Caitlan's enthusiasm and acumen for selling and buying came to the fore for us . This was also helped greatly by Evan's vision and suggestions to have a quick blitz on several areas of our house , using the equally polished performer Michael Maple who does a lot of house preparation for Petrusma Real Estate . I'd say this blitz as I call it guarenteed us approximately $40 net extra for our house which more than covered the turnaround costs for our sale and relocation to our new abode . Evan and Caitlan were acutely sensitive to our needs right from the get go, both realising that we had been in our old home for 14 years and were therefore still emotionally attached to the premises . They worked in with this emotion respectfully again from the start of our Real Estate experience . Within no time they had a healthy offer on our old home and had found us a very suitable home for us in Lindisfarne , where we are still settling in , but are very happy . The synergy between Evan and Caitlan is obvious and the combined collective effect of their efforts I've no doubt commensurately flow on to benefit my wife and I. Evan and Caitlan's pizazz and flair for selling homes are second to none . If we ever have to relocate homes again , we will without a doubt be using Evan and Caitlan if they are still in The Real Estate game . Bravo you two , you're head and shoulders above the rest ....
