Have dealt with several agents in my lifetime and rate David as equally as the best
When we first approached David we did not know when we we’re going to market but knew it would be some months away. During this time we built up a good relationship and David was very patient and obliging. During the sale process no effort was spared by David and his staff, all very professional. David had a good knowledge of the area and we were very pleased with the end result. David and Gaylene Ridgeway. PS: Gaylene appreciated David’s advice re front-load washing machines

Couldn’t ask for more!
We first engaged with Daniel several years ago when he sold our property in Old Beach. We were very very impressed with his demenour and work ethic. So much so, that at the end of the transaction, we wondered where the extra $20,000 had gone!!! It seemed that it was the commission, which ironically was never discussed. We had to credit the skills of an agent who can obtain the sole agency WITHOUT discussing Comms. In the whole process of listing Crosby Road, everything was seamlessly simple. Photography, floor plans, timelines etc were meticulously calendared. Selection of photos were “on point”.... and the scripting..... well, it was as if he lived there with every detail accenting our property. Communication skills were outstanding. Even though we could spiel off his voice mail, he was always diligent enough to “FaceTime” us at a time which certainly would cut into his personal time. In saying this it showed us his commitment to the sale of our home. His punctuality was perfectly timed- turning up at the same time as your buyers certainly gives the whole personal touch, enabling him to walk through the front door together. We would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking at selling.

We met Dave mcleod a few years back after purchasing a property through him In lindisfarne I was very impressed with his honesty and drive to sell us that house so now we use no one else to sell our property's and have never looked back. I rang him a while back to see if he could sell my sisters home for her in midway point. Wow sold it more or less the same day after that one phone call. An excellent agent who listens.
Before engaging David McLeod to sell my home of 21 years, I had talked to 3 agents from other successful agencies. Half way through talking to David, I realised I was very impressed with his real estate knowledge, his calm but confident manner which made me calmer too, and I knew that he would be the best agent to sell my house! Through the preparation stages, David and the Petrusma team gave me great advice. David's pricing recommendations were very realistic. Within a few days of the house going on the market, he had achieved several very good offers, and a final price well above my expectations! I highly recommend David and the Petrusma team.
