Evan was so easy & friendly to deal with. He made the whole experience of selling simple. I liked his approach, he didn't try & upsell me unnecessary marketing packages. That said, the marketing they did was fabulous! Very happy with the photos & presentation. When it came to the sale, he also negotiated a great deal for me. One of the other reasons I chose Evan was from being on the buyers side & going to an open home.
