We approached Dan to sell our property based on a number of reasons. Firstly, Dan had sold a number of properties in recent times in the area and achieved excellent results so he had a great understanding of the market in the area and secondly, we actually attended one of his open homes and we were really impressed on how well he conducted the open home. Dan also came highly recommended from friends who knew Dan and some who Dan had sold houses to and for. The house went on the market only a week or two before Christmas, and with Dan, we decided to leave an open home until mid January. Our first and subsequent open home attracted some interest and Dan was great with keeping us informed of 'follow ups' with potential buyers.
