I highly recommend considering Alexander, and any of the other agents at PPDRE, to sell your property. From the first meeting it was clear that Alexander is amazing at his work. He gave us his market opinions that were spot on and communicated every aspect of the sale incredibly well. It was great to work with him and his team and we have already appointed him to sell a second property for our family.

I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. Very efficient, transparent and confident operator. Very professional in the process and achieved great outcome.

I hired Daniel to sell my property because I knew he was a 'gun' salesman. However, I was surprised at his level of Professionalism and honesty. Feedback was given after every Open House and Daniel phoned every day to ensure complete transparency and to reassure me that everything was going to plan. His negotiating skills were excellent, especially towards the end of the campaign. He gave great advice about my property that certainly added value and contributed towards the end result. I highly recommend Daniel Cachia to sell your property.

Debbie is the best agent we have ever used. She undertakes her role with absolute professionalism and integrity and has developed a superb team around her. Very straightforward and easy to deal with. We have no hesitation recommending her.

I found Daniel to be highly knowledgeable (probably the best in his field), very professional, and I would have him on my team any day. I can not recommend him enough. He has a high customer service focus, and is a clear leader in his profession.

Alex, David and the team are clearly the best in the Eastern Suburbs, probably in Australia - completely dedicated, alert and responsive. Having unexpectedly bought a house, we had to quickly sell ours to finance it. Alex had his team organised on the same day our bid was accepted (a Sunday) to inspect ours and plan a strategy for getting it sold quickly and at a good price. As well as Alex, David and Prue, we had the stylist Emma from Bowerbird, the landscaper and painter all together for an hour or so and plans set in action. Alex also recommended Abbey Lawyers, where Anna got involved from the same day on the legals and did a great job. Within 2 weeks, a complete transformation had occurred and our house looked fantastic. Alex had invited interested parties to the photoshoot and we got an offer from this. On the first showing, only 19 days after our Sunday meeting, we got two more offers from people Alex had specifically invited, who really loved the renovated place. David negotiated hard and long for the rest of the day and we got our target price, a new record for the street. We settled 37 days after our Sunday meeting, probably also a record!

This was a no fuss sale with a fast and positive outcome, no complications as a foreign based owner, everything was taken care of.

One word... OUTSTANDING

In an industry that hasn't the best of reputations, Debbie Donnelley, colleague Nick Quilkey and assistant Thomas Keenan stand out as exemplary sales professionals, building relationships with potential buyers and sellers with respect and courtesy. The planning and execution of the sales process was meticulous.

Accurate upfront pricing and solid advice on sale strategy. Good knowledge of the neighborhood and the suburb during open houses. PPD's styling, photography and advertising partners were top notch. The whole team made what can be an unpleasant and invasive process quite enjoyable.

Jason and team were straight up with us from day one and right through the campaign. They were clear, efficient and got a great result despite a shaky market. We are very happy to have had the pleasure of working with him. We highly recommend!
