Alex, David and the team are clearly the best in the Eastern Suburbs, probably in Australia - completely dedicated, alert and responsive. Having unexpectedly bought a house, we had to quickly sell ours to finance it. Alex had his team organised on the same day our bid was accepted (a Sunday) to inspect ours and plan a strategy for getting it sold quickly and at a good price. As well as Alex, David and Prue, we had the stylist Emma from Bowerbird, the landscaper and painter all together for an hour or so and plans set in action. Alex also recommended Abbey Lawyers, where Anna got involved from the same day on the legals and did a great job. Within 2 weeks, a complete transformation had occurred and our house looked fantastic. Alex had invited interested parties to the photoshoot and we got an offer from this. On the first showing, only 19 days after our Sunday meeting, we got two more offers from people Alex had specifically invited, who really loved the renovated place. David negotiated hard and long for the rest of the day and we got our target price, a new record for the street. We settled 37 days after our Sunday meeting, probably also a record!
