The journey to sell our house (and use Alex) started many years ago. In 2012 we relocated from Sydney to HK and at that point we spoke to Alex about what was involved if we ever wanted to sell. Anyway, for the next 6 years he stayed in constant contact with us providing regular market updates, related sales and general trends/changes in the market. Once we decided to sell Alex (and team) were an extremely well oiled machine and for us, took away the stress of selling (especially with us being overseas). We sold after 10 days on the market (pre-auction) and at every point in the process the communication lines were open and we felt fully informed and involved. As Australian expats living overseas we faced a number of challenges in sell our Bronte apartment from the other side of the world. It also wasn't just Jason, but the broader team, including his assistant Jennifer, who was outstanding in helping us organise some minor renovations prior to sale, and finding the right contractors. Sean Poche was my first choice as agent. As I discovered last time I had dealings with him, he once again showed an excellent and most professional attitude towards this sale. Organised and helpful, he shows an extremely good work ethic with diligence in contacting all viewers of the property, all interested potential purchasers from his data base and he doesn't hesitate to move out of the official "open house" time frame to show the property at other times that suits viewers, whether it is day or night.
