We were recommended Alex by various people in the Eastern Suburbs. He was extremely polished when we first met him and we both liked the speed and honesty with which he dealt with any of our questions. His EA Pru Kelly is extremely likeable and professional and was on hand to negotiate great prices for and "finishing off" trades/storage we had to organise. Once signed we were contacted by Alex on Sundays/evenings/early mornings with updates as to our sales process. He really lives to sell property. Being professionals ourselves we were extremely pleased with his communication and willingness to go the extra mile. He got us a great result in a declining market and then went on to sell our buyer's house in a very short time so putting our minds at rest that the sale will actually occur. As an agent myself who works out of the area, i didn't even bother calling in other local agents when it came time to sell. In a tough market where surrounding properties were passing in, Alex got the deal done on our house pre auction. Excellent communication always let us know where we stood. My husband and I met Charlie several years ago looking for a property to buy. He continually rang me on new property's that came onto the market and he would let me know what had sold in the area. I knew when we were to sell our house I would use Charlie as he was dedicated to finding the right buyers. As a vendor he would ring us straight after the open house to let us know what was happening and were always well informed throughout the campaign.
