Christian, from one sales person to another a big thank you! As a first time home buyer I had a good customer experience with PPD. The information presented at the viewing around strata costs etc. was valuable. Christian's understanding of the local market was palpable, validity also conveyed by the fact he has his own personal property interests in the area. My process of buying was unique (and stressful!) as just hours before I was to make the transaction I was subjected to fraud which initially put my purchase in jeopardy. My persistence, Christian's strong relationship with the empathetic vendor and my personal banker's lateral thinking combined to ensure that the apartment stayed in my hands. Christian was the greatest asset to the sale of our flat.
