After meeting Daniel on multiple occasions when looking to buy, it was an easy choice for my wife and I to select him as the best agent to sell our property. He has sold the majority of houses in Henrietta Street in Waverley, all with fantastic results, and I always found Daniel to be very easy to deal with. My wife and I were impressed from the start. Daniel ran a consultation, put no pressure on us and gave us time to get to the decision to sell. He then moved so quick that we were on line within 2 days and had a stream of buyers agents coming through our property to talk to their customers. The result was high foot traffic in our open houses, great feedback and a great offer which we accepted in a short period of time. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Daniel to anyone wanting to sell their home in Sydney’s Eastern Beaches. His communication is second to none, his assistant Janae Mann is exceptional, his negotiation skills, honesty and market knowledge is awesome. Jason and his team made selling our unit much much easier than we thought it would be. They managed everything for us, which was fantastic, as we were overseas for a couple of the opens, and for the negotiations and contract admin. Couldn’t have wished for better. Highly recommend.

Anthony has looked after several of our realestate transactions over many years. As both buyer and seller, we have been extremely pleased with what he has achieved for us. One aspect which stands out is his extreme efficiency, dealing with myriad details of a transaction. It goes without saying that he continually does that little bit above and beyond what would be reasonably expected.
