We engaged Sean and Nathan after our unit failed to sell with another agent. We were impressed by their track record in the area, the absence of franchise restrictions and the confidence in being able to secure us a great price. They bought some much needed energy and enthusiasm to the campaign and were genuinely able to leverage their database of purchasers (something which all agents claim to do but the reality appears to be different). In fact, the eventual buyer was known to Sean and he matched him with our unit. One of the most impressive thing with Sean and Nathan was their communication of key information. The weekly status report was succinct and clear and not just a data dump from their enquiries database. They were also very transparent throughout the process and it was clear that they were working very hard to get us a great outcome. We would definitely recommend Sean to friends and family looking to sell and just wish we'd made the call to go with him the first time round.
