Anthony has looked after several of our realestate transactions over many years. As both buyer and seller, we have been extremely pleased with what he has achieved for us. One aspect which stands out is his extreme efficiency, dealing with myriad details of a transaction. It goes without saying that he continually does that little bit above and beyond what would be reasonably expected. In this particular transaction Anthony obtained a sale for us within a week of getting a copy of the contract, and negotiated conditions which I am sure made the buyer happy as well as obviously thrilling us. Please email me on rhodc@bigpond.net.au if you would like to discuss further.

Jason and his team are results driven and did a great job for us. Our property was sold within five days at an excellent price. We would highly recommend him, Jennifer, Meredith, Kathleen and Rachel to my friends.

Jason and his team at PPD provided an excellent service. From the first meeting, they put in place a clear strategy for getting our house ready for sale and maximising the sale price. Jennifer, Jason's EA, deserves a special mention for her responsiveness and great project management skills.

Anthony has an excellent grasp on market trend. He clearly communicates about property sales. He is highly credible in terms of providing essential elements associated with the process and keeping to the commitments. I am highly impressed with his attitude towards prospective buyers and giving confidence to them. There is no doubt about his high degree of negotiating skills. Anthony is an excellent estate agent.

Danial Cachia and his assistant Janae Mann are the most professional real estate team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a pedant I can normally find fault, but they were absolutely faultless. They guided me through the entire selling process, fulfilled every promise, and their communication was magnificent as I was constantly kept up-to-date with inspection results and buyer offers. When we thought we had a final price Danial managed to get more. With the bar now set so high I would feel very uncomfortable dealing with any other estate agent. If you are not using the services of Daniel and Janae, you are settling for second best.

Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to negotiate a price far over what was predicted and communicated well with me every step of the way. I can't recommend Daniel enough to anyone looking to sell.

Daniel and his team supported my wife and I with the sale of our first property, a small unit in Randwick. While Daniel helped us achieve a financial outcome that surpassed our expectations, we found their over-communication, partnership with Bowerbird and general professionalism to be the primary driver for why we would use his services in the future. Daniel and his team remove any doubt that they are looking after you best interest and appreciate the emotions related to the sale of a property. We would certainly recommend Daniel to anyone looking at selling their property.

We used Charlie for the sale of our apartment in North Bondi. Charlie is a very good agent with a strong network. Charlie and colleagues at PPD worked tirelessly to give our apartment its best shot and in 3 showings over 60 groups came through (which exceeded our expectations). Charlie handled everything smoothly from start to finish and kept us in the loop at all times. The apartment was sold within a week of being listed with a great outcome to us as sellers. PPD as an agency are extremely professional and we highly recommend them. Thank you Charlie and PPD! Ryan and Emily.
