I found Christian when I was looking for a property to buy, so I experienced first hand the way he manages potential buyers of a property. I had never before met an agent who acted with such professionalism and transparency. So when it came to selling my investment property, there was only one agent I wanted to call. And he delivered in spades. Cannot recommend Christian and his team more highly.

Working with Alex made selling our house as easy as it could possibly be. Nothing was ever too hard - and Alex was always ready to talk to when we needed advice. We wouldnt sell with anyone else - we have sold 3 homes through Alex and cannot speak highly enough about him and his wonderful team.

We recently bought a strata investment property from Thomas and found him to be very straightforward and helpful. Thomas was forthcoming about the property, the works which had been done to it, the works which needed to be undertaken, and the building's finances. He kept nothing hidden from us and was transparent at all times, giving us great confidence in bidding for the property. Thomas was an efficient and organised communicator and kept his word at every stage of the negotiation, never making us wait. Thomas facilitated the exchange of contracts and reported to us and our solicitor. Buying from Thomas was a great experience.

We have know Thomas for some time as he offered his advice many times before and after we renovated our property. When we listed Thomas was the obvious choice and he managed a result which we could have never expected. He is very professional, transparent and we both enjoyed working with him.

Thomas is an outstanding professional who supported me every step of the way with my recent sale. What stood out to me initially was how genuine Thomas is - he’s not your regular “sales person”, and his patience and contact over the years meant i trusted him without question ok with the sale of my home. His knowledge, professionalism and care was next level. Once I had decided to sell, he kept me informed with daily updates, advice and market guides. I cannot overstate the value he added to the experience.

The highlight would be communication. Sean kept us informed every step of the way. The communication was open, honest and transparent. The communication efforts gave us confidence in Sean's process and method. And lucky we did Trust Sean and the process. The result was an outstanding pre-auction sale result and we couldn't be happier. We are recommending Sean to friends and family and would not hesitate to work with Sean. A great experience; and a big thank you to Nathan as well who was an integral part of the process.

Sean and his team, with a special mention to Nathan, have been incredibly professional, thorough and hardworking. Sean’s knowledge of our area is outstanding. He secured excellent Pre auction offers for our apartment which led to a sale, and very happy clients. Well done Sean and team.

ALEX THE SHARK, MORE LIKE A CAR SALESMAN, LACKS INTEGRITY. WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP WITH HIM AND TELL YOU YOUR PROPERTY IS ONE OF A KIND, IN HIGH DEMAND AND WORTH A LOT MORE THEN WHAT YOU WILL INEVITABLY GET. HE IS ALREADY SETTING YOU UP FOR DISAPPOINTMENT FROM THE GET GO. AS ASOON AS IT HITS THE MARKET HE WILL PICK ON THE SMALL POINTS THAT WERE EVIDENT FROM THE BEGINNING BUT SEEMED MINUSCULE AND NONE EFFECTIVE TO THE PRICE POINT. YOU WILL GET THAT SINKING FEELING AFTER THE FIRST WEEKS OPEN WHEN HE CALLS YOU TO TELL YOU THE PURCHASERS FEED BACK ARE THOSE EXACT LITTLE POINTS YOU WERE TOLD WEREN'T ANY REAL BIG ISSUE PRE SIGN UP AND THEN OF COURSE A LOW BALL FIGURE WILL ACCOMPANY THE BAD NEWS. ALL THIS IS JUST TO PREPARE YOU FOR A DISAPPOINTING RESULT PRICE POINT WISE, AND ALL THIS AFTER YOU HAVE SPENT A LOAD OF MONEY ON MARKETING, MINOR RENOVATIONS, STAGING ETC, AND YOUR OWN TIME AND HARD WORK WHICH WAS ALL A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT MAKE ANY AGREEMENTS OVER THE PHONE WITH ALEX UNLESS ITS IN WRITING AS HE WILL NOT HONOUR THE DEAL. RATHER BE SURE TO MAKE ALL CORRESPONDENCE VIA EMAIL FOR PROOF OF LIFE. REMEMBER YOU HAVE SIGNED UP WITH A SHARK!!!! HE SURELY WON'T EAT YOU BUT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A LOT LESS IN YOUR POCKET, SO YOU WILL LIVE TO TELL THE TALE JUST AS I HAVE.

I've now used Alex and his team twice to sell Eastern Suburbs houses. Extremely efficient preparation and management of the house and sale process with all deadlines met and communication levels high throughout. Both places sold quickly and well and as such I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone looking to sell in the East. Jon

Christian is a real estate Ninja. His knowledge of the local market is flawless, his people skills are top notch, and he understands what drives most property transactions: emotion. Most of all, he clearly loves selling houses and that enthusiasm comes through in all he does and ensures that he never takes his foot off the pedal when it comes to getting his clients the best result possible.

Having watched friends buying and selling property I was looking for an agent that would market my property to the best of its potential. Alex, David, Pru and the team at PPDE did that extremely well. I was happy about the process, the communication and the support.

We had a smooth process selling our place with Christian and his team. They have been from the beginning very supportive in the early hours of the process and always there when we needed them. They were very responsive and attentive to our wellbeing in the process. We followed Christian's advice and it made for a successful sale. So i can only recommend his services. In addition, the smile and positivity of Christian is contagious.
