From the moment I listed my property, my input was aggressively ignored. The entire process bore little semblance to the expectations created prior to my signing up this agent. The reserve initially suggested was dropped by $400,000 once I had signed. The promise that this agent would be present at every open house was repeatedly broken. I have few regrets in my life, but listing with this agency is certainly high up the list. There was no need to consider whether the vendor’s or buyer’s interest were more important- both paled into insignificance alongside the agent’s best interest.
