The experience with Thomas was fantastic, from the initial proposal through to finalising the sale. The initial proposal was researched and considered with time taken to understand my goals and objectives. Thomas included testimonials, examples of recent sales and guidance around price based on his understanding of the local market. From there, there was discussion around potential strategies in the sale approach. What I appreciated most was his work ethic and dedication. He was always responsive and we spoke on most days throughout the campaign where he was always careful to ensure any questions I had were addressed. I received an updated and ongoing weekly update throughout the campaign that discussed stats, interested buyers, pros and cons as well as ongoing guidance regarding his follow-ups and general progress.
