The A team! Anthony and Courtney at PPD Real Estate were exceptional - responsive, quick, open and trustworthy. They helped us get a good result in a short time; they understand the process, the local market and were respectful of our needs along with the buyers. I would highly recommended them for your next property sale.

We engaged with Tristan over a number of properties and found him to be consistent, reliable and dependable in terms of information, views on the market and follow through with negotiations. We greatly appreciated his time in assisting us out of normal hours and ethics in negotiations, and pleased to have finally found the right property for the family. We wish Tristan all the very best and can imagine him to build a solid following in the eastern suburbs. Finally, we have no hesitation in engaging with him for our future property matters.

I am very grateful for Tristan’s assistance in the purchase of my first apartment in what is a very difficult and trying market in Sydney. Tristan was the agent for the vendor and was very patient and went above and beyond when we hit difficulties with the bank after making a successful offer. I was relieved that Tristan was patient calm and eager to assist, it was a stark difference compared to my previous experiences with agents over the past year. Highly recommend.

Purchasing a property is a huge decision, with many potential pitfalls. Tristan was extremely knowledgeable, listened to all our concerns and worked hard to resolve any issues expeditiously and to the satisfaction of all parties. He was extremely patient and accommodating. He was an excellent conduit between the various parties who had an involvement in the transaction and respectful at all times. It was easy to contact him at all times. Would not hesitate to use or recommend him in any future real estate purchases.

Alex is results driven, he is excellent at identifying market opportunities and in bringing buyers and sellers together. His negotiation skills are exceptional. He has market insights that give both buyers and sellers the confidence when dealing with him. His team have the know-how and support his strategies , they are an extension of his offering and make a positive difference to the selling process. It was obvious to us that Alex is highly experienced and effective, he is passionate, pragmatic, honest and works hard to be successful- which at the end of the day is all you need when selling your home. A big thanks to Alex and the PPD team. Miles & Georgina Bronte

The experience with Thomas was fantastic, from the initial proposal through to finalising the sale. The initial proposal was researched and considered with time taken to understand my goals and objectives. Thomas included testimonials, examples of recent sales and guidance around price based on his understanding of the local market. From there, there was discussion around potential strategies in the sale approach. What I appreciated most was his work ethic and dedication. He was always responsive and we spoke on most days throughout the campaign where he was always careful to ensure any questions I had were addressed. I received an updated and ongoing weekly update throughout the campaign that discussed stats, interested buyers, pros and cons as well as ongoing guidance regarding his follow-ups and general progress. It was an absolute delight to work with someone with Thomas's attention to detail and ultimately we got the outcome we were looking for as a result.

Haynes and his team are the most professional and dedicated agents. The communication, professionalism offered by Haynes has made our selling experience an enjoyable exercise. The amount of work that went into this sale along with the passion and positive attitude cannot be matched. We were included into the entire process and the ongoing advice and intel showed the experience of himself and his team. Highly recommend

From the moment we sent our first enquiry to Debbie all the way to the sale of our property our expectations were exceeded in every respect. Debbie was very efficient and able to provide expert advice and guidance to help us along the way. In a suburb that is known to have properties sit on the market for months, Debbie had ours sold in under three weeks. Could not give a stronger recommendation for a real estate agent in Bundeena.
